Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agency in Istanbul. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will engage with clients across our group companies. You will use contact center technologies to enhance client experiences and maintain high levels of satisfaction. You will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests professionally.
- Delivering excellent customer service to meet performance goals.

Requirements:
- Malay,Vietnamese,Japanese native level preferred
- Proficiency in English (professional working level).
- Preferably residing in Istanbul with a valid work/residence permit.
Qualifications
- Language proficiencies.
- Customer satisfaction and solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills and preference for teamwork
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus
